This bird box is designed for cavity nesting waterfowl (wood duck, bufflehead, common goldeneye, Barrow's goldeneye and hooded merganser) but can also be used by kestrels and small owls. The box is made out of pine and has a 4-1/4" wide by 3-1/4" tall entrance hole. Wood chips are required for this nest box.
